Portsmouth & Southsea Cricket Club

The last day of February saw the first round of the Hampshire Cricket League winter sports quiz take place with P & S competing, as usual, at a chilly (as usual) Bath Lane against the usual opponents. Unfortunately, the outcome was unusual in that our team were beaten by both Rowner and Gosport for the first time. We believe that the Rowner, Gosport and Fareham scores were their best-ever. With Sarisbury winning the round, P & S could only finish fourth, but are hoping that 197 will be enough to see them in to the next round.
