Match report Another beautiful sunny Sunday for cricket- started with Nikki losing the toss and the team were sent out to bat. Our opening pair smashed it racking up a nice 36 runs, giving the swans a flying start. Next pair in continued in the same manner and the run score continued to climb. The swans losing a big 8 wickets along the way but with our big hitters taking advantage of the smaller boundary set Gosport a target of 119.
The swans excelled in their fielding which meant Gosport were unable to find the boundary rope in the same way. Losing fewer wickets but it wasn't enough to reach the target they had been set. Great cricket from all involved! Well done all!
