Match report Very good team performance, Sarisbury only scored 68 off 20, but we took wickets all the way which meant that it was only their opener that scored many. Harlan was tidy early on while Daniel T made the breakthrough. Taking his bow for the club young Freddie bowled very well, took a wicket in his first over and only bowled the odd bad ball. Fellow debutant Mani bowled well - with good flight which was hard to get away. Daniel C took a wicket with help from Ollies stumping and Kyle took a wicket thanks to a good catch by Dan C and then Harlan closed things out taking a last over scalp due to an edge to Ollie.
Only chasing 69 the openers played straight and watched for the low bounce. Ollie and Dan C batted well, ticking the runs off well until Ollie was disappointed to miss a dipping full toss. Dan retired 30no but unfortunately Will Donworth and Will P perished fairly quickly. To see us over the line Dan T scored a couple and Harlan hit his first ball for the winning single with 7 overs still left.
