P and S won the toss and batted. Harry G was quickly into his stride with several boundaries, but perished to a brave catch for 24. Dan C and John B, ticked things along before John was bowled. Dan C played a controlled and measured innings retiring in good time. George W hit a powerful 30. Harry H perished early with a faint nick to the keeper, leaving Ollie K and Harlan to see us home with an excellent 30+ runs off the last 3 overs including boundaries and lively running.

Tight early bowling from Harry H and Harlan was followed up with some tight stuff from Dan T and the occassional spin of JB, JB took a wicket to a catch by Harry G and a stumping by Ollie K. John B also put in a sharp piece of work for a run out. Harry G took a wicket and a run out resulted in another. Harry H came back on to take a couple of wickets in the final over. An excellent all round display, especially the batting.

Our thanks to Gosport for putting a side together after a switch of date.

Good to end on a win ! On to the Nationals.....
