The semi-final of the Hampshire League Sports Quiz was held at Bath Lane on Thursday 13th March. Calmore's A & B teams were added to the four qualifiers from the first round at Fareham.
P & S made a good start and were leading after 5 rounds, but the penultimate round saw both Sarisbury and Rowner pass them and although the last round was kinder to our team, they failed to rise above third place. They now await the scores from the other semi-finals to find out if they are amongst the six top scorers who will compete in the final.
The scores (which were much lower than the first round) were:-
