Portsmouth & Southsea Cricket Club

The first round of this year's Hampshire League sports quiz was held at Fareham on 20th February. As usual, the team comprised the Smith brothers, Dave Peachey and John Townsend. The outcome was a very close and competitive quiz, with only Fareham failing to challenge for the winner's spot.
P & S went into the last round trailing perennial rivals Sarisbury by 10 points, but a tremendous finale left them just a single point behind at the close. It is likely that all the teams present (apart from Fareham) will qualify for the semi-final on 13th March.
