The second round of the Hampshire League Sports Quiz, delayed by a week, provided no joy for the P & S team who, despite being in second place at one stage, had to settle for 4th place, both on the night and over the two rounds. The team consisted of Dave Peachey, Ollie and Simon Smith and John Townsend.
Both Gosport and Sarisbury qualified for the final. The combined scores were:-
