Match report Ben won the toss and asked Liphook to bat on an emerald green pitch. Jake opened with a maiden. Jono’s first ball was a yorker which was too good for Harvey. Nicklin and Flack then added 19 which was to be the best partnership of the innings. All five bowlers took wickets as the total reached 77 with 10 overs left unused. Ben’s off spin was not required. Rob Nicklin was comfortably top scorer with 28.
Ewen was dismissed in the second over prior to Matt and Usman compiling 51 together. Three wickets then fell for the addition of 10 runs before Ollie and Tom finished the job and secured 20 points.
