Match report Once again the Academy side fought back from an adverse position; this time to beat the highest placed team they have faced. Josh took advantage of an opportunity to open, but no significant partnership developed until Allen joined his captain. The last 6 overs produced 46 runs with Keith recording his highest score of the season.
Allen's excellent caught and bowled dismissed the prolific Mark Snook for 0. Knode and White than added 47 before Allen struck again with the help of Tom Benfield's brilliant catch. A good fielding performance, featuring the ashesive hands of Matt Benfield backed them up and ensured a stranglehold was kept on the game.
