Match report Without a number of senior players we had a pretty inexperienced side to take on a stong Grayshott outfit. Bowling first, everyone had balls beat the bat but aggressive running and a few too many extras saw them reach a demanding total. Our only wicket came as Jacob tempted their last man to hit high into the net from which debutant Oscar took a very good catch. When batting we lost jacob early to a run out and Henry F was unluckily caught well off a tough bounce. Skipper Henry O played the innings of the day with a lovely straight six and some tidy wall hits. Sam and particularly Ryan ran well and Oscar played some lovely little soft hand shots. With a bit more experieince of the indoor game all will go well in the future. However, tonight we were a beaten by the better side.
