Match report A top bowling and fielding effort set this one up for us nicely. Tom's first over was excellently controlled and saw both Gosport openers castled. All the bowlers followed the pattern although wickets proved more tricky to come by until Oscar temped the number 4 to find Lenny's good hands. Ben took our final wicket with a full and straight LBW. New boy Dinel's brace of overs left us sure there is plenty to come from him in P&S colours. Welcome.
Chasing 77 we needed a steady response. Although we had 22 on the board after the first two overs we had lost Tom as the keeper juggled a catch to send him on his way. Lenny with Cam chipped away at the total until Cam was run out. With Ben as his new partner Lenny took a straight four and Ben a smashed 6 which, with a good tally of extra, was good enough to get us home with more than 4 overs to spare. Well played gents.
