Match report Our young under 9b side got their first win under their belt defeating Burridge by 20 runs. Although our bowlers did not manage to take a wicket we did bowl a lot less wides than the opposition with Sanna managing to bowl a maiden, some accurate bowling from Joesph, Owen and Charlie kept the pressure on and Burridge ended on a score of 74. Our opening batting pair of Sanna and Charlie ran well and Charlie struck a boundary to get us off to a solid start, which was continued by Owen & Joseph leaving Indie and Ollie to see us home to our first victory with Indie cracking a 4 through the legside to ensure we were never in danger. A very fun game of cricket played in good spirit by both teams. Well done guys.
