Match report Having won the toss P&S put Gosport into bat. The opening bowlers led by Ed Hands (3-1-6-0) and Joe Hawkins (3-0-6-1) kept it tight and the run rate down before Seth Jackson (3-0-6-3) got the breakthrough causing a collapse. However, the flow of wickets was stemmed when Gosport managed to put on 7 wkt stand for 17. Although cold day made it hard to hold on to catches Tom Lavery and Ben Tucker managed to take one each.
The side were keen to chase down the target of 64, but early wickets fell to keep the Gosport bowlers interested. Tom Benfield (17n.o.) saw the team home in the 12th over. Best contributions were from Tom Farnworth (14) and Matt Walker (12).
