Match report P&S missed a great opportunity to record back to back wins as their batting let them down at Old Netley.
The visitors fielded a young, inexperienced side with Tom, Harrison Etherington and debutant Flynn Parkinson all stepping in. However they bowled and fielded well, restricting Netley to just 95, with both Harrisons taking two wickets and 'lightning quick Lenny' at cover instigating 3 run outs. Confidence was high as we went out to bat but a steady flow of wickets, almost all clean bowled, saw P&S skittled for just 36, with only Harrison Robbins making double figures, though Tom batted well and Ben hung in there on his first bat since being struck in the nets.
A real shame but still a good effort from an inexperienced u13 side. We'll bounce back on Monday!
