Match report Keiron won the toss and invited 10 man Ellingham to bat in sultry, bowler-friendly conditions. Matt and Chris both found prodigious movement and within 7 overs, the visitors' innings was in tatters at 17 for 4. It didn't get much better. Only two men reached double figures as the innings was terminated by another brilliant catch from Matt B.
Clem and Matt S began the reply at 2:37 in brighter weather. Matt was soon yorked,but Jack's arrival only increased the pain for the visiting bowlers as he struck 9 lovely fours from only 18 deliveries. The innings lasted 21 minutes and 37 balls.
The team have yet to play away or against a strong side, but they have been ruthless in disposing of all opposition so far and have 23 points from each match, totalling 69 from a possible 72.
