Match report As good as it gets!

We needed to win, get 22 points to clinch promotion and didn't we do it in style. We batted first on a Sunny, ye sunny ! Day and the skipper and the ever improving Rob Evans got us of to a great start, Rollie and 13 Yar old Ali Power then took te game away from Gosport with a wonderful partnership with Ali setting a record for our youngest 50 maker in adult cricket at the age of 13. A total of 264 made the game safe now allwe needed was 6 wickets. Jamie and George bowled superbly to rip out the top order and then Christian Clift finally got a chanve to impress with the ball and he did as they slumped to 28 All Out in 13.1 overs - Well done all who played throughout the season
