Match report On a lovely, sunny day with a flat-looking pitch, P & S lost the toss, but made a terrific start. Keiron and Ollie had the openers out for 11 in the first 4 overs. Mike dismissed Gorvin to make it 43-3 (9 overs) before Goodwin and Webb added 54 in 5 overs. Taylor and Evans helped Goodwin add another 51 to post exactly 150.
The bowling had been generally impressive (only 5 wides).
In reply, Barber rearranged Mike's helmet grill before the second wicket fell for 15 (3 overs).Thereafter, only Lewis and Tom were able to score quickly, but not for long enough against accurate and disciplined bowling especially from Evans and the off-spinner, Taylor who has played first class cricket for the county.
