Match report A Fantastic Result achieved through a much better display of catching.

Batting first on a difficult track, Clem and James again started brightly. James made another 17, with some fantastic shots again - Time to kick on bro!

Clem fell for 18 with the scores on 40 and Rogers came in and looked like he was in the mood again with a brisk 18 of his own. Nick then followed for the third score of 18 again with a couple of big shots. 4 Guys got in but no one kicked on!

we closed on 162 after a mini collapse rescued by Rich with another 18! and Dan batted through for a gritty 50. Honestly it felt 20 short but we would have taken it from 120-7

Toby bowled beautifully and deserved more success early on finishing with 1-12 from 10. Rich did get the breakthroughs but from 20-2 Gosport made it to 120-3 and were looking comfortable until number 3 holed out to James with a brilliant catch off Ben who bowled another top spell. From then on it was the Nick Taylor show with 5 wickets to run through the middle and lower order and we eventually got home by 16 runs. Well bowled and caught everyone with Clem, Toby, Ben, James and Jonty on debut all taking very good catches.
