Match report This was a match that Locks Heath were expecting to lose, both prior to the start and halfway through their innings. Their fortunes were changed dramatically by a powerful innings from Hoggan who found excellent support from Adams. The latter arrived at the crease at 114 for 4 with 15 overs left and as at Sway, the visiting bowlers were put to the sword.
The day had begun well for P & S with an opening partnership of 70 in 12 overs between Clem and the in-form Ian. However, a middle order collapse saw 4 wicket fall for 21 before Jack with Doug and then Mike added 98 runs. 237 looked a decent score, but it proved to be 30 to 40 runs short.
