Match report Another below par display in the field and with the bat, this time we never got away with a result though. Things started well enough, a Wicket with the first ball of the match for Tills, more wickets followed soon after for Tills and Fletch, leaving the bottom placed team on 50 for 5, then 105 for 7, most people were assuming it would be wrapped up quickly, but some decent batting once again from an opposition's tail and some shabby fielding took Bedhampton to a more than decent 191 all out. In reply we got off to a solid start until Ups was run out following a deflection off the bowlers hand from Wallys firm drive. Once again Ash batted superbly and when he and Fletch were batting things were comfortable, Wickets quickly fell once Fletch was bowled and losing Ash to an LBW decision meant the pressure was on the tail, sadly this week there was no victory at the end of it. We remain in top position but now two wins from two are a must to secure the league title.
