Match report On a blustery night U.S. batting first posted a challenging score of 138 aided significantly by the old achilles heel of conceding 36 extras! Jack with 2 for 8 and Ollie with 2 for 7 were the pick of the bowlers. This was easily the biggest score that we had to chase this season but we were given a solid start by Kai and Tom. Once Tom had mastered the indifferent pace and bounce of the pitch he went on to score a brilliant 50 retired to set us up with a good chance.Sam finally got back to form with a fine 21. The biggest worry i had was the fading light caused by a slow turn round and ponderous field placing by U.S. But when we lost a couple of cheap wickets in came Detention Boy Prash to smash 21 and Birthday Boy Joseph to hit the winning runs and put the biggest smile of the night on his face. Well done lads, let's end our final season together with a bang!
