Match report Hurrah!! Victory for the Little Man (Not me the Team!)After concerns from Al that he had made the right decision to bat first, a par score of 161 for 8 was posted. This was achieved, after a dodgy start when we were 16 for 4, through the usual dogged innings of 47 from Big Al well supported by some lusty blows at the end from Rich, James, Dazzler Willey and Ant and top scorer extras with 51. Al gave his expected miserly performance by bowling his 10 overs for 20 and yet again wicket taker in chief, Keith, carried on his rich vein of form taking 4 for 30 well supported by Darryl with an excellent 4 for 45. Pleasure to see Ant with a smile on his face again taking 2 wickets. What a difference the improvement in fielding and the determination to prove people wrong has made. Keep going boys!
