Match report Despite missing the skipper (hols) and vice skipper (gammy eye) we totally outclassed North Devon U15s to progress to the last eight of the National Cup. Stand in captain Joe CW and Dom H got us off to a flying start sharing a partnership of 54 in 7 overs, Joe raced to a quick 50 before retiring. Ryan W batted sensibly and guided us to 123 in 18 overs with help from Sam B, Matt B & Tommy H. Seth J then got a wicket with his first ball which was followed by two in two from Sam B which reduced North Devon to 25-3 after 5 overs. Eryn E and Sam C both took wickets and Tom F had a direct hit run out. Jack D's bad eye allowed Tom B to show his fielding skills as we won comfortably to progress to the next round where we will play South Wilts who also had a comfortable win against St Fagans. As a reward for reaching the last eight each of the boys were presented with an ECB polo shirt, cap and cricket bag.
