An unbeaten 50 from Harry Wratten with support from Ben Saunders and a Charile Peach brace of wickets saw our u16's defeat Portsmouth in the season's opener. They followed this up with a barnstorming batting performance from Jonty Peach (71*) to finish 42 runs ahead of Hambledon in their second match. 
As defending champs a considerably changed U13 side proved too strong for Havant with 3 retirements and pick fo the bowlers being Daniel Turner with 2 for 16 off 3. 
When it was the turn of our adults the Benfield brothers drove the batting to 160 -5, with Matt B recording the clubs third half century of the early season. Wickets were shared around as they bowled Waterlooville out 68 runs short.
