Tonight was the awards evening for the South East Hants Indoor Cricket League and we had two award winners.
Leg-spinner, Henry Ferrett won the Top Wicker Taker award in the U13 division. Opening his account with 3-17 and only failing to take a wicket in one game, Henry was 3 wickets in front of the next man. He averaged 13.87 and went at an excellent 6.83 per over.
Alongside him, teammate (and namesake) Henry O’Hara was the divisions Top Run Scorer. Only in the seasons opener did he fail to retire with a string of excellent scores to follow. Averaging a remarkable 89.50, with a top score of 43 helping him reach a total of 179 - 50 runs beyond the second man.
