We are sorry to be the bearers of bad (but perhaps not unexpected news) but Crookhorn College have taken the decision to close the facility to external hire. This move is made in line with the Governments recommendations regarding club meetings.
As the situation is moving at such a fast pace it is impossible to take a view as to when we might be back in business. We anticipate hearing from the ECB and our various leagues and competitions over the coming days and weeks about how our season might progress.
As a club we will continue to follow advice regarding what we might be able to do and will be back in touch before too long. At this moment in time we are hoping we will have cricket to offer our members and therefore do not propose to refund membership fees as a matter of course. However, as we can offer no guarantees at the moment if anyone would like to have the funds they have paid refunded, please reply to this message and we will arrange to let you have your money back.
For now, we remain hopeful our outdoor season can start with our first Adult matches from 18th April and our first Colts action at training on Monday 27th April (6pm - 7.30pm). On that evening we will also be joined by our kit suppliers with their Roadshow where they will be displaying their goods. (I will have the kit already ordered in the next few days)
We hope to see you before too long but in the meantime please follow all the advice out there to stay safe.
