Match report This clash between the top two teams in the division ended in stalemate when both captains agreed on an abandonment after half an hour's steady rain had soaked the pitch and outfield.
The P & S innings was a curate's egg featuring contrasting stages. After 22 overs, 91 for 1 was on the board with Roly and Arjun going well. After 36 overs, the situation had deteriorated to 141 for 8 courtesy of some panicky shots against the slow bowlers. Josh and Tom then took control and with some Evs-style running and some big hits from Josh, took the score on to 190 whereupon both perished in the final over.
Only 6 overs were bowled at Burridge before the rain came.
