Match report A Fantastic start to the season as we won a real clffhanger - Batting first Ups and Rowan got runs as Rowan in particulary hitting the ball miles, a bit of a mid innings wobble was saved by a 40 run partnership for 9th wicket from skipper and Ben to take us to 219. In reply Rowan was herculean in bowling his 10 staright through and deserved some luck, Ben Searson concluded a great debut with a great opeing spell backed up by Toby that kept the pressure up, a couple of wickets for the skipper one by a fantastic vatch from Johhny M kept us just ahead, Thier skipper kept going though and in the end it bowled down to Number 11 facing needing 2 off 2 with Johhn Y bowling, ball hit straight back to Johnny, Thier skipper charging down looking for a single and Johnny calm as you like ran him out - Game Won, Job Done!
