Match report An unconvicing performance from P&S against a strong Petersfield side resulted in the visitors posting a score of 138 aided and abetted by a lack lustre fielding performance by P&S. As shown by Petersfield's catching performance against our own. Best bowling came from Prash taking 2 wickets for 4 and should have bowled himself more.
Chasing the target was always going to be a daunting task but apart from a fine 29 from Oliver Parvin and 12 and 10 respectively from George Parvin and Sam Brookes we offered little resistance.
Yet again poor calling resulted in two run outs, the most bizarre resulting in Jack Till being run out from a ricochet from the Wickie's helmet without facing a ball. When will we learn the art of whose call it is when running between the wickets?
