Match report After removing both openers for 0 their 3 & 4 batted as fluently as any had on the day but they rather threw their wickets away holing out with ambitious shots. Once they had gone Jacob and spectacularly, George, crashed through the rest of the order leaving us a very gettable target.
While the wicket for far from a "road" it certainly cant be blamed on our 15 for 5 position! Jacob held his end up, punishing any bad balls he was offered and for a while looked like he might drag us over the line. When he was bowled by a shooter Dan and Tristan hustled well to keep us close but asking Tristan to hit the last ball for 6 was a bridge too far.
