Match report A game of 250 runs and 10 wickets. Liphook set a competitive target of 124 for Pand S to chase down. Having bowled in full sunlight the chase was on in failing light and increasing drizzle. The target was reached with two overs to spare, with Rob Jacobs hitting a fine unbeaten 39 following on a good start from the openers. Although P and S run rate was slowed by the introduction of slower bowlers we were never behind the target.

P and S fielding was the second worst display by the team this season. Five catches were dropped and runs unnecessarily conceded. As we now approach the 'business end' of the season there will need be a great improvement for the forthcoming games against Burridge and Hambledon. The team has the ability to do well, lets hope they respond in a way that we know they can.
