Match report Due to Ben being in Nottingham, the late start, mothers day & pompey on the box only five of us took to the field. Bowling first we did OK to restrict them to 140. Wickets were shared around and the fielding was generally very good the champange moment being Lex's one handed catch off two walls to give Eugene his first wicket.
Our chase started very well with Rowan peppering the back wall and retiring very early. After a slight wobble Eugene and Alex worked us closer to the total. In the end Eugene perished run out chasing the game and Rowan and Alex's hitting didn't quite have the time to finish the job.
The points gained ensure we will be in Div 1 again next year.
