Match report With both teams already qualified and P and S struggling to field a side for this game, it was always going to be a low key game, but we fulfilled the fixture and were able to give greater opportunity to those playing.
Sarisbury won the toss and elected to bat, the breakthrough took a while but it was Dimash who made it. Sarisbury pushed on hard and were rattling up a big total, there was a wicket for Ollie with a catch from Harlan and another from a Dan caught and bowled.
169 was a big ask tonight and when Harlan was run out early on when he and Dimash both ended up at the same end and then John persihed going big, our chances of winning looked slim. Dimash and Nick both found the boundary with some big hits and the scoreboard was moving along nicely. Dimash retired and Nick was caught. Dan chipped a few in, before Ollie played a lovely innings to give us some respectablility.
