Match report A win due in the main to an excellent bowling and fielding performance. Debutants Sam and Arthur had excellent first games with Sam bowling two really tight overs and Arthur showing real aptitude with the Wicketkeepers gloves on.
Wickets were shared round but the stand out bowler was Theo who excelled with 4 wickets for only 2 runs. That said there wasn't a bad bowling spell by anyone.
Leaving a score of 208 to chase we needed to defend well but not miss any opportunities to score. We managed to do this too with the standout batting coming from Theo (9) and Harry who's 11 included an audacious switch hit. Not something I'd encourge but it looks great if it comes off!
