His 47 not out was the highest individual score ever achieved in the history of the SEH U11 league. He hit 7 fours and 1 six, the six went out of ground into the houses, and faced only 32 balls. With Seth Jackson they got P&S off to a fast start, before Ewan Steele took 3 quick wickets, Tom Lavery then steadied the ship which allowed Sam and Seth to come back in and wreak havoc. Fareham got off to a steady start but where undone by a fine spell of bowling from Tom Benfield who took 3 wickets for only 2 runs in 3 overs to leave P&S comfortable winners.
