Match report A convincing win against a young Portsmouth side where we agreed we would bat first. Ezra, Ollie, Jez and Charlie all retired and were well supported with the bat by Sam and Ben. Well done to Charlie and Jez who ran exceptionally well - pushing the ball for one and then running turning it into 3 runs - they did this 11 times and helped us to 153 for the loss of one wicket - well done boys.

Portsmouth's young batsmen batted bravely, particularly against Ollie who we rested after one over! All bowlers bowled some great balls but we did give away 46 extra's out of Portsmouth's total of 69 - something to work on for next time. Well done Sam for taking 2 wickets for only 9 runs off 3 overs.
